  • 【 Intelligent temperature and humidity warning 】The incubator has a built-in fan, which effectively distributes the heat evenly throughout the incubator. If the temperature and humidity are too low, there will be an alarm function, which reduces errors in the incubation process (you can press any button to cancel the alarm).
  • 【 Automatic Egg Turning Function】 The automatic egg turning device automatically turns the eggs for 10 seconds every 2 hours to increase the hatching speed. There is no need to open the incubator frequently to avoid the release of precious water. Eliminate your troubles caused by forgetting to flip the eggs at a fixed time.
  • 【 Digital LED Display and Easy Control 】The incubator is equipped with an LED electronic display, which can visually display temperature, humidity, incubation day, egg turning time, temperature control, all of which can achieve effective monitoring and close care.
  • 【 Preheat Before Use 】Before using the incubator, please run it for more than 24 hours in advance, preferably a week. This will give you a better understanding of what will happen in the incubator and help you make necessary adjustments before laying eggs.
  • 【 Wide Range of Use 】This incubator is suitable for all kinds of chickens, ducks, quail, geese, birds, pigeons, etc. It can hold 42 eggs of normal size when hatching.

Defective incubator that does not power on. Customer service from seller is bad and Amazon customer service is also bad. Refunding procees is 100% what this other customer's feedback is. Christina Fiero 1.0 out of 5 stars Not accurate in temperature, worth the time nor trouble to return a defective device. Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2021 Verified Purchase When I first recieved this item I was excited because it's well put together and I was even more excited because of the candling lights in each holder of the turner I'd be able to watch my babies grow. Little did I know the nightmare I was walking into. I went through three failed hatches of 36 eggs each. Out of 102 eggs I had 5 healthy babies hatch. The second and third time I set an extra thermometer in just in case the temperature and humidity were not accurate in the machine. After troubleshooting and resetting the incubator I thought I had fixed the accuracy problem. The second batch I had 3 healthy chicks hatch and 12 die fully formed after pipping. I was so meticulous about my eggs the third time and this is far from my first time hatching chicks. I got one single chick out of 36 eggs. I spent about $42 per batch of eggs to get 5 chicks total. Over $120 USD on eggs that didnt hatch. I would also like to add that I got my eggs from seperate sources JUST IN CASE it was the eggs. It also constantly beeped for low humidity even when I had all 4 trays filled with warm water. Now let's move on to the return process: I orginally put in for a return in early December. They said "We understand your mood" and asked me to send a video to troubleshoot, I stated that I've fully read the instructions on troubleshooting and am experienced in these things, that there has to be something wrong with the incubator. They still insisted I send a picture and video to troubleshoot before approving my return. When I tried sending both picture and video it stated the files were too large. I shrunk them down and photos still wouldnt send. They suggested I upload the video to YouTube and send them through a seperate email before they sent me a US based return address in order to resell the device. (If I tried returning it itd cost me $100 in shipping to return to china) The seller stated they wanted proof that the incubator was not damaged before sending me a US based return address so that they would be able to resell the incubator. I FINALLY got the pictures and video sent to them today, only to recieve an email stating they are on holiday and will contact me when they are back in the office. My return window closes on February 2nd and I am only getting the run around from the seller. I will be filing a complaint with Amazon if they do not contact me back by Monday Jan 18th. This is NOT worth the time nor trouble to buy and constantly go through this just trying to return a defective device. I am never "that person" but I am today. Customer image

I was very pleased with this unit after the first use and actually gave it a 5 star rating. I am currently on my third use and noticed the lid has completely stopped sealing so I am giving it a 3 star rating. Currently I have saran wrap around the edges, have reduced the alarm to 40%, and have a jar and a towel sitting on the top just to keep it sealed for this batch. I have since purchased a different unit because I will repurpose this one when I am done.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: We used our own fertile eggs from our flock.. started with 32 and hatched out 24, which I am pleased with! We hatched brown, blue, and white eggs all together. The birds hatched out over 3 days. A few tips not listed in the instructions... ON DAY 18 WHEN REMOVING EGG HOLDER do this as quick as possible.. I placed my eggs gently on a blanket and then returned them to the incubator. CLEANING IT AFTERWARDS IS AWFUL. There are no instructions for this and there should be.. I tried very hard to make sure the fan and turning motor did not get wet. We have a large sink so if you do not have a large sink, probably take it outside to clean. SPEND $8 AND BUY A REAL EGG CANDLING LIGHT.. the light is okay,, but does not provide enough light to view inside the egg properly. Keeping the review at 4 stars, but instructions need to be properly translated by manufacturer and cleaning instructions should be added. OVERALL LOVE THE UNIT AND WOULD SUGGEST IT. Day 1 and we have it packed. As for the negative reviews, it's not hard for a beginner to get online and do some research as to what their incubator should be set at. For this incubator, I suggest 37.6c [99.5f] and humidity at 43% to 47% the first 17 days and then increase to 60% to 65% at day 18 with temp at 37.3. Right now it is at 4 stars because the directions need to be properly translated from German to English. We are using eggs fertilized by our own flock. Will update mid November 2020 when we reach our hatch dates!
